How a visit goes

Photos at the start, a walk-through at the end

Every upholstery, carpet and tile job follows the same five steps, so you always know where we are.

  1. We look first. An inspection with photos, so you can see where we started.
  2. Vacuum. A pre-vacuum to lift loose dirt and hair.
  3. Pre-treat and clean. Spots get pre-treated if needed, then a pre-clean and extraction.
  4. Protect. Fabric sealant goes on now, if you added it.
  5. Walk-through. We go over it with you and take the after photos.
